I really admire the work he did, recently, recording duets with a lot of different artists. He seems like a really warm guy.
I have the first Duets cd. I love it. They are available at Amazon. Well under $15.
That's terrible Oldlongwalker! I'd hate to miss a concert once let alone three times. Well these days, every thing is on YouTube. Maybe you can find a concert or excerpts from one (or some) there. I've watched some great concerts on YT.He used to play regularly at Ravinia north of Chicago. Wife and bought tickets probably 3 times. They sold out fast so you had to buy early. Every single time something would happen and we were never able to go.![]()
Bella, that's a show I would love to of seen, but I can access some of their music on YouTube, like this.....I saw Tony Bennett live in concert with k.d. Lang.![]()
One of the best, Deb, certainly one of the best.I always thought Jerry Vale was the best crooner.
While in Chicago many years ago Frank Sinatra was in town for 1 night only. Couldn't make that one either. That was an even bigger bummer than missing Bennett. That's terrible Oldlongwalker!
