I saw this on the news a few days ago and thought that Philadelphia has been in a decline for the last several years. I don’t think they ever got rid of the corruption in that city and that’s too bad. Philadelphia still has a few safe spots, but how long they will last is unknown. I think the area around the new baseball park is nice, but Little Italy has gone to pot, unless they have cleaned it up in the pat 5 years.

The mention of the full auto AK-47 weapon is in the original news story and on the video it is obviously a full auto AK-47 weapon which by your remark is not obvious to you. Tnx for posting and enjoy your day.

When I was a wee one I used to visit an aunt who lived in Willow Grove. Beautiful place. Now it's a certified human superfund site. I'll start a thread update on the "City of Brotherly Love" in a bit. Take care.

Isn't there a law against owning a automatic firearm. I think there is a permit to allow them. I am sure they do some type of investigating before they issue one.
 
They possess the same mindset about actually murdering the police officers who swear to serve and protect them too.

Back in the 70’s, I was in Philly and I stayed with another person I worked with at the time. I was only there for business. I think it was in Northeast Philly. He took me to an outside marketplace, which I don’t remember much about it, but what I wanted to say was that we had to park in a garage about 2 blocks away. We had only walked maybe 100 yards when we saw across the street 3 young boys on top of a roof about 50 feet high throwing rocks, big rocks down at the 2 guys down on the sidewalk. One of the young guys, maybe 16, got hit on top of his head and at first went down. He was able to get back up pretty quickly, a little bloody and then the 2 guys started running away. The kids on top of the roof were yelling profanities at them as they ran away. I asked the man I was with if we should get out of there, but he said no, they will leave us alone. It’s only a gang thing. I was very uncomfortable.
