I was surprised when I looked at the house I bought - 1300 sq ft and it has 2 full baths. My old house was 2500 sq ft and it had 1 1/2 baths (full one upstairs). The people that bought it renovated. It now has 2 full baths upstairs an none downstairs.

When there were 5 of us we somehow managed with one bathroom. Now we are just 2 old folks and we really need the 2 we have .

That seems so odd. Who wants their guests to have to go upstairs when visiting. If fact, who wants to go upstairs themselves whenever nature calls. I really like the 1/2 bath on the main level.
