I ran across this cam a few years ago. I really enjoy it in the spring. I thought some of you might enjoy it. There are so many different types of birds that visit . I think it is relaxing. Especially if you cannot get outside. It is early morning and they are just starting to congregate.

if you have that as the background on your TV it would be lovely to see at each different times of the day

It's official, spring is here. At the very beginning of springlike weather, every year, I get turkeys in my back yard. They aren't the most photogenic birds, but they're big. And the males are walking around with their big tails open. I only see them for a short time, then they're gone. Don't see them till next year??? They're pecking at the ground, I don't know what they're eating, but they won't move. The only time they get out of the way is when I pull up in my car, and they're in the driveway. Somebody said it's their mating season.

Among other things, they eat ticks. Ticks carry Lyme disease. We love our turkeys! :D

Our "summer birds" are beginning to return. That's a good thing. We had to take our bird feeders down this past week because the local bears are now out and about and we don't want them in our yard. Much greater variety of birds here during the non-winter months.

Yes. April is the month of love and war for turkeys.
