I understand you ((Pappy)).. I have it too.. in fact I'm sitting here in pain now wondering if I should take some painkillers..

Doctor sent a request to my pharmacy for co-codamol yesterday plus sleeping tablets , but the pharmacy was closed before I got home, so I have to wait until Monday ..in the meatnime I have to take Ibuprofen which I'm not really supposed to take because of the Stage 3 Chronic kidney disease

So sorry you've got kidney disease. My brother deals with it too. He's lost one kidney about 12 years ago. I know it's a difficult thing to deal with and there are many dietary restrictions. I hope you have a good weekend
