It's not brand new but rather refurbished. My old one got dust choked and it was pretty old so I supposedly upgraded to a faster one. It has a copy of my old hard drive on it so we will see how that goes. The computer guy said it's working well. He's a real nice man that has tons of computers. He's older but I don't know how old, I couldn't tell. I feel so glad to have another one now! My old one was pretty good till it kicked the bucket. :)I got the old one from the same man as I got the newer one. I trust him.

Good with it Ruthanne!

If you were happy with the old computer, and it served you well, I bet your computer guy is reliable and dependable. Good to hear you can enjoy posting again.:)
Yes, he's very good at working on computers. Owns his own shop. He asked me what was my budget for another one. I told him low. I chose the second one he told me about so he could at least make a little money. I am enjoying it☺️

I've got an old desk top computer- at least 10+ years old. I figured it may not be long for this world, so I bought a tablet for a backup. Then I got an iPhone, so I didn't rely on the tablet so much for a backup. I mostly use it for Senior Forum. And my old computer keeps on chugging along. One thing I've learned about electronic stuff,, the faster, the more giga somethings, and the more memory, the better. And since they are all solid state, they do last a long time. So, a refurbished older computer with all the bells and whistles is a great buy.

Thanks I think so too and the price was 👍 right. Only $175.00 plus tax.

That is good Ruthanne, I bet that it is fast and uses
less electricity, I have had several and I always look
in amazement just how quickly they have moved
ahead.

Mike.

It is faster than the last one I had. I'm pretty satisfied with it 🙂
