For a long time you tube would automatically play videos one after the other with out any intervention from me. For a while now it will only play one at a time and then I have to start the next in Queue manually. Does it have something to do with their subscription service? Is it a setting that I am missing? Anyone know whats up with this?

I don't think you're doing anything wrong and it has nothing to do with subscriptions. You may have accidentally hit the autoplay icon making it stop autoplay. It's on the bottom right of your youtube taskbar so if it's grey, click it white and it should autoplay again.

I watch a lot of YouTube and I've noticed changes too, one thing they've cut a lot of the comments..???
I've also noticed YouTubers complainig about changes on their end of posting videos.
Anyway, I think they are squeezing the $$.

Thanks for the replies. Let me clarify. Here is my issue. Lets say I pick a full album to play on youtube. Some times you can pick an album that plays all the way through. These are listed with the same time measure as the full album or close to it. This type will play the entire album all the way through without interruption. Then again sometimes the only option to pick an album that breaks the album down song by song. The album song list/play list will pop up on the upper right side of the page and are numbered. These have a time signature for each individual song on the album and plays them one by one.

It used to be that when I listened to the songs from the album on the playlist all the songs would play consecutively as listed. Now I have to start each one manually. This can be a pain if I am are using the music as a background while doing other activities. I use the free version of youtube so I can accept this. I just want to make sure it is a change in youtube and not my mistake.

I usually turn off the auto play also. I have tried it with it on and it makes no difference. I have looked for a setting in the menu that might work but I could find none. It seems to me that this started when they started offering the paid subscription version. I am trying to find out if this issue is the status quo now or is it an error on my part. I appreciate any and all replies. Thanks

I encountered the same thing and found if you click on the video it will give you a choice of songs from the album and another option to play them all. You just click on "play them all".
