One frivolous luxury of your choice - what would it be?

It would be nice to have a maid who would come in at night when I was asleep and clean the house and do the laundry. And also some people who took care of the lawn and shrubbery.

..and when you're finished with them can you send them around here...

A deep muscle message each morning followed by a steam bath, barber shave....then a shower! Then I would be ready to start my day...

Now all I have is two cups of coffee and a shower!

U2, but without Bono. He flies alone, meaning not with his group. I had no problem turning them down. I have flown a lot of celebrities, but not a party group on a plane. I wouldn't even consider doing that. I once flew a charter with the Beach Boys. All very well behaved and a bunch of good guys. I also flew the Righteous Brothers from Las Vegas to New York to be on the Letterman Show. Lots of celebrities have flown from and back to Los Angeles to appear on different shows in New York. Most were very polite and pleasant to be around. Bob Hope was among my favorites. He usually flies alone, but got caught without being able to get a charter, so he flew with us. Him and Don Rickles.

I guess Bono knows what kind of guys make up his band. I don’t blame you for turning down the gig. I don’t know squat about flying, but hearing all the noise has to be a distraction. I’m surprised the FAA allows that type of behavior, but I guess what they don’t know doesn’t concern them.

What was the furthest you ever flew? I’m thinking maybe to Africa or Australia. I listen to some YouTube videos of pilots and air traffic controllers. How come you guys talk so fast? I don’t even understand what they are saying.

Yeah, I was going to say. Something similar would be my choice also but cars are not frivolous. I guess a vacation home in the Hamptons would not be frivolous either. I'm just not a frivolous person.

Well we have a Maserati.. at least my husband does.. and we have a 4 storey Casa on a gated community in Spain......but I can be frivolous when I want sometimes..lol

I’m not keen on having someone in to clean the house. I’d rather have a fairy that waves her magic wand every night and the whole place is immaculate.
