Just arrived from the antipodes and maybe the beginning of WWIII?

Hi all bit of a comic as well with a serious twist - I live in OZ and of course there is a lot of activity in this area involving the chinese in mainland china and those in taiwan and we and the rest of the mob are all inbetween - phillipines; japan ; south korea ; south sea isles and one big country who we are not sure of yet - Indonesia? but the weather is good if you dodge the cyclone and life still seems ideal in many ways?

I just live as a retiree in the middle of a forest on 8 acres in a granny flat with no granny provided! but have a lovely male dog who loves me to bits. my son lives 2 hrs down the road with part of his family! we were just talkin 20 mins ago of how life is rapidly changing for us all and does that mean quality down or up?

Hi Lee my sis lives in BC Canada outside of Vancouver in what was once a smallish japanes fishing village - been there once - found it nice but not as laid back as us ozzies - we must be the most laid back in the world!!
 
thanks HD from UK originally and studied in London for a few years - enjoyed the train journey up there! We were at the Polytechnic of the South Bank
 
cheers warrigal - big place sydney!! - I lived in perth once and in those days enjoyed city life but it wouldn't have been quieter than Sydney - then I headed north!!
