Calling All Dogs, Beautiful or Funny

My two tend to fall in behind me on walks. The older, longer haired boy is a heeler cross so this is natural for him. She is a California grown border collie derivative known as a McNab so I suspect her doing the same is the result of growing up in a heeler culture.

From our walk this morning at San Francisco’s Fort Funston beach. Walking with them feels like Walking along as they are rarely where I see them. I just held the phone out to the side facing backwards to get the video.

Beautiful dogs, beautiful country! What a view. Yes, they're herding you.

Many years ago, our hosts took us up Mt. Tamalpais. I'll never forget it.

This is the view of Mt Tam I’d from our friends’ Marjory and Corwin’s back patio. The statue of Ferdinand is in front of and above their BBQ. You can see Ferdy in this photo from in Marjory’s orchard and veggie garden.
