Never heard back from car garage

A few days ago, I made an online appointment for Monday morning to have my tires checked. When I finished, there was a pop-up message saying I would receive a confirmation within 24-hours. It's been well over that and I've heard nothing. Now I don't know if I have an appointment or not.

Call and ask. Obviously they are trying to do things online and avoid phone calls but you have a legitimate reason to call.

I called and was told that they didn't know why the appointment wasn't confirmed.....now it is!
