You Don't Like It But You Eat It Cause It's Good For You

Anything you almost have to force down all the while thinking how a dietician would be proud of you?

Mine is canned salmon, I like a tuna fish sandwich but make that sandwich with salmon and I still think yuck.

What about you?

Same with me and Broccoli... if I never needed to eat it again, I'd be happy... but I do because it's supposed to be good for me..

I would never eat Canned Salmon it's a disgusting taste to me.. but I eat fresh smoked salmon.. and smoked trout...

Canned Tuna I eat once in a while..not really over keen on it but it's ok occasionally ..especially mixed with Mayo in Vol-au-Vents

Avocado - even though it is supposed to be good for me. I don't like the slimy taste. When I eat it, I cut it into small chunks and put in salad, and it blends well.

Cilantro or kale - soapy, bitter & disgusting to me. Decided I'm old enough to go without.
Don't like fish at all, plain yogurt ok if you mix with the unhealthy sugar subs. Figure good cancels the bad.

I've always loved tinned salmon, preferably red rather than pink, although not usually in a sandwich.

I know a lady in Florida who detests the smell of mackerel (another one of my favourites) and I'm wondering if dislike of some fish is more common among females than guys. We need a fish poll 😁

ewwww..I hate Mackerel.... I hate kippers, and any oily bony fish...

I detest Mackerel so much that when I'm driving from a nice area into a rundown area I'll often say to my passengers that we're about to experience a Mackerel Moment.. :ROFLMAO:

I used not to like fish because my mom always made it as fish soup (and I hated the fish bones), but my late husband loved fish, and over time, I grew to enjoy it also.
