Just a little about me, as an introduction :)
"Till death do us part" became a reality of my life, after almost 35 years with Rick - he earned his "home" April 2015.
My heart broken, my life shattered.
The ashes of grief overwhelming and suffocating.
But one breath at a time.
One moment.
One memory.
And here I am today.
Learning to breathe and to live - without him.
Searching for the smiles each day.
I grew up with Rick ... it is now time for me to grow old.
I love you Rick - miss you like crazy.

I am looking forward to getting to know some new friends :)

8 years is a long time to live in Grief, I'm sure your Rick would want you to enjoy life again. Start here with new friends....but first..tell us which country you're in.. or part of country , this forum has many people from many parts of the world

Thank you. May I ask how you found my website? I did not want to cross any lines here by sharing it. And I am migrating from the older site to a new one - just wanted to make sure it was ok to share it, as well as that you find the right one ;)

First, I love this picture!
I am in the United States, Texas. About 2 hrs west of Ft. Worth, outside of a small town. I live about 20 minutes from my son, and about 4 hours from my daughter.

Awww, thank you! No, you did not freak me out ;) Just curious. I have worked to get my older website noticed, and this new website has been shared a few times - but since I am still in this monumental task of migrating, I haven't shared it much yet. Again, thank you so much for taking the time to look! You are greatly appreciated!
