A car vandal in Canada is believed to have vandalized/key scrathed 400 cars at a couple of dealerships.

The suspect made several trips to the dealerships over time. No suspect or motive yet just a description.

In some car vandalism cases radical environmentalists have been slashing or flattening tires so can't but help think this will turn out to be the same a protestor of somekind.

These started early this year yet I’ve never seen this report on tv news and I watch a lot of it. We/the police/whomever should be releasing video of crimes almost immediately. A couple of months isn’t uncommon for a report to be made public. That first jacket is rather distinctive. Even if I’d seen it, I’d never remember where by now.

I hate vandalism! And I don't believe the woman is a "radical environmentalist," she looks too old and poor for that. A fifteen year old car makes me guess that she suffers from some sort of insane envy: If I can't have lovely cars like this, I'll spoil it for them (the haves)! But, as usual, I might be wildly off with my guess!

It looks like a wig to me. There are a lot of radical environmentalists that are older and 40-50 isn't that old. But, I can't really tell. Whoever it is I hope they are arrested and actually punished instead of being let go.
