1st day of Summer ... oh joy! .. We've already had enough of Summer down in Texas - getting up to 120 in some places.

I feel badly for the wildlife trying to survive.

The sun will set in Atlanta at 8:38. It should be light until about nine. I cherish these evenings.

the sad part of the Summer Solstice is that the days will get shorter as this hemisphere starts swinging further from the sun!

it's light here until 9.30pm here ..at least that's when sunset is, in truth it's still quite light at 10pm
