How do you prefer your pizza? How about pineapple on it?

One of my Hispanic friends at work said that shrimp pizza was a thing where he was from in Puerto Rico. So he bought a can of shrimp, took it to the pizza parlor we often got pies from and they made it for us. I was okay but I wouldn't rave about it. I don't think I've ever had pineapple on my pizza and can't imagine I'd want to. Over the past couple of years I've been making pizza using mini naan bread sprayed with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Francesco Rinaldi meatless sauce, dried basil, shredded mozzarella and sometimes I put the tiny pieces of broccoli that fall to the bottom of the (frozen) bag. Either the plain or broccoli pizza would be my favorite, according to what mood I'm in.

Here in Lower Alabama, we don't have a place with the best pizza in the world.
So for delivery I usually go with Papa John's "The Works".
Store bought, the very best I've ever tried is Wild Mike's Ultimate Pizza
It even comes with two packets of seasoning ... Red Pepper Flakes and Italian Spice

Ok I didn’t have any mozzarella cheese but I made my mini gf pizza with tomato sauce. Cheddar cheese šŸ˜, green olives, hot banana peppers, red onion, mushrooms, ham , pepperoni and pineapple seasoned with dried oregano and pepper. It tastes better than it looks.

I am more likely to fix pizza at home. I make homemade pizza dough and then freeze in individual servings. Then I can top with whatever I want and have in the house.

This was one of the things my grandson and I cooked together. It was such a thrill for him to get up on his little stool, he could spread the sauce, put on the cheese and toppings. He was so proud when his Dad and Mom got home to tell them he made dinner!
