Not Receiving Confirmation Email!

Was looking for a forum about ARCHERY. Found one very similar in style to our senior forum here. However, after registering, I need to receive confirmation email.

So, I don't know if it's the internet that's slow like treacle in winter BUT that's 4 times requested and still no email, checked Spam folder too, nothing and posts are dated currently July 2023. Wondering what could be wrong...

It may be your ISP is blocking the message. They use spam filters to block what they consider suspicious email. You can try contacting them, or just sign up for another free email account and have the confirmation sent there. It is a good idea to have a second email account to use just for this type of thing. It keeps your personal email, personal and you will receive less junk in your main mail account.

I've two currently and planning to update them after I've seen ways to do it easily from Google Gmail and others. However, it's the same email I've used to sign up here, so was confused dot com lol. Cheers!

Your ISP may be blocking that particular site or domain. It is very easy to sign up for multiple accounts. You can have multiple with the same provider, Gmail or Yahoo for example. I always keep several. Use a password manager like the free KeePass to keep track of your passwords.
You can also use a disposable or alternate email account. https://wordpress.com/post/techminimalist346984965.wordpress.com/845
