What have you bought recently?

yes I have and I found it to be tough and stringy.... tried twice in case I had just got a bad batch before..but no, same result...
Great! Thanks for letting me know @hollydolly The Aldi ones I've been getting so far, although fresh and not frozen, have been fantastic and at 4 large steaks (some of them with spicy rubs) just £5.49.

Was a hoping to stock up, but I guess it's a pass for Farmfoods. Cheers!

yes ..seriously .. it's a shame , because they're so cheap but thats probably why...

I like farmfoods even tho' I have to drive to Essex to get the nearest one.. but I'm a little choosy what I buy there for example, it's cheaper to buy Birds Eye Fish fingers in Batter inTesco than it is in Farmfoods.... but I prefer to get Ice cream cones and lollies there because they're cheaper for the same brand as in the supermarket and it's the only place I can get Mutton pies, and square sausage..even if they don't quite taste as good as the real McCoy..:D

3-4x8 sheets of 3/8” plywood for a roof on a shed. I finished the roof and all I have to do yet is to paint the trim. Maybe tomorrow. Next week, I got a job from the man who I put a new roof on for. He wants me to build him a new porch with 3 new steps. I told him I need to look at it first before I accept it. Steps are not my forte, but it’s worth a look. I also took a job to put new bordering up for a huge flower garden for a lady a few streets over. She also wants lights installed to show off her flowers at night.

Premade steps are available. Not sure of the cost.

I've been on the hunt for some comfortable, stable, sandal type indoor shoes for summer.
I was in Wal-Mart and saw these. $15! I expected to pay much more and did not expect to find them in Walmart.
They fit the bill! The flip flops I'd been wearing were not safe.
The toe ring really gives the extra stability and the sunken foot bed keeps them from sliding.
And I just love the fake buckle! Nice touch. 😊

The other day I found some really nice soap made with all natural ingredients. Even better was that I also found some amazing hair shampoo bar soap at the same time.

The body bar soap is coconut milk soap and leaves my skin so soft and I don’t feel like there’s a any film left on my skin like some cleaners leave.

The bar shampoo lathers like no shampoo I’ve ever used, rinses out well, leaves my hair squeaky clean AND I don’t even have to use a conditioner. All for less than $4 Canadian.

This is what we called a Swing Dress. I had one in (ugh, now that I think back) - lime green. It was cute back then!

I had one of those as a young teen.. and also in lime green.. I loved it... but it wasn't called a swing dress then.. but for the life of me I can't think what it was called. I also had a teacher at school who wore those dresses in many different pastel colours...

no. not really a halter dress.. I had sevral hater dresses when I was a teen.. my sister and I had matching white ones which we loved...

A line shift ..no ..I love A-line dresses, to this day I wear A line , that style suits me best
It just came to me .. Trapeze dress. I'm pretty sure that's what it was called, and not a Swing dress. My
boo-boo!
