Playground shut down because of 'a mouse' sighting

What in the world. Whilst I can see that in some cases this might be reasonable, I don't think it is here.

Why? Well, here's a quote from that article: "The 16,000-square-foot playground, in the 100 block of East Forest Street in Roosevelt Park adjacent to the Lake Country Trail".

16,000 square foot, and they're closing it over a mouse?!? And adjacent to a trail, so...... did they think animals never go into the park at night?

Weird.
 
Well, I can see why they closed down the kids' park. You can't take chances with germs. And there's no limit to the diseases those kids could have given to the mice.
