It used to be admired about a woman's decency and proper attire. Now, just look at all these singers, actors, etc. They are showing an awful lot of their top skin. Saying it as nice as I can. No underwear, talk about low neckline!!! Oh, there aren't any necklines anymore! Talk shows are just as bad, some of them. My imagination is telling me there won't be any guess work in a year or so. Really! Sorry, just wanted to get some feed back.

The new "fashion" takes the guess work out of what does she look like without clothes on. For me nudity was never a big deal.

You are right. But, compared to the 40s and 50s and even the 60s, nudity in the general public was looked down upon. Decency, and respect for yourself was to be had.

@fancicoffee13 I believe that trend started with JLo wearing that green dress at the 2000 Grammy Awards.
There was also Katarina Witt, the figure skater, that wore very daring outfits back in the late 80's.
It makes me think of Paul Newman that once said that a woman does not have to be half naked to be sexy!

Oh boy, this is a tougher thing to address that it ought to be. But honesty must.

I like women. But my definition of a woman is circa 1950 (and I wasn't even alive then!) Dresses, skirts, perfume, stockings, long hair. It's magical, be you 16 or 65. It makes me smile. Short hair can look great if you have the right face.

But then again, I'm not a prude, and I don't mind some........ sexy. So while there is definitely a too far, and too much, there's also a not enough.

Boy, I'm going to upset some people here. :D All I can say in my defense is that I don't enjoy the granny look, if you know what I mean. On my side, someone looking for a macho guy with attitude would be severely disappointed. So I'm not holding up my side of the bargain. But likes are likes.

Women in pants (trousers) is.... troublesome. I get it, jeans are easy, and okay. But a woman in a dress or skirt is so much better.

Silk and lace, I say. Thereby, I suspect, falling on the wrong fence of this one. :D

Makes up for the lack of talent.

Pitch-correction technology helps, too.
