On one hand it's not funny that a criminal pulled a women out of her car at gun point but the youngster/professional car thief/criminal want to be could not drive a stick shift or manual transmission.

How can you be a professional car thief and not drive a stick. If nothing else I guess having stick not only deters some thieves but lowers the value of many cars because potential buyers are just as lacking as this criminal-they can't drive a stick.

Buy a manual transmission and you can stick it to the thieves.

Reminds me of that show where people stole set up cars and then the cars were stopped and doors locked remotely. Smiles turned to frowns really quick.
