Free at-home covid tests bring offered again

I really wish they would quit using the word FREE ... say what it is taxpayer funded.

Some people i know ordered all they could and thankfully just let others use if needed so they did not all end up as trash.

The expiration dates on most of the tests were extended by almost a year under memos from CDC ...
not sure if it was because they made expiration too short...... or just to use the millions out there.
When i worked at a big company back in April i distributed tests to our many buildings and we kept getting notices that the antigen tests you could use to first 6 months then another 6 months after that on antigen tests. I had to print up and post notices each time these expiration were extended.

Sadly taxpayer funded means Free in their lingo. But it fools others everyday.
