A year's supply of bacon wrapped scallops. 
And some really *really* good chocolate... not the junk (to me) like Godiva that some people think is good! This fun question reminds me of an old friend from many years ago. He always answered this question with "whirled peas" 
and then watched to see if people "got it."

Literally, nobody owns it. They've all walked away. So, nobody is responsible for the upkeep. Until the ground again becomes valuable, it will remain as it is.
