Standard Time Returns (for those that have it)

I hate changing the time, due to DST. I don't know why, but I HAVE the clocks in my place say the same time. If one clock says 1:03, how can you possibly live with another clock set at 1:04. Come on!!!!!
Plus I have three clocks that chime. It takes all morning to get them to chime together. I don't know how some people could live with all their clocks not chiming all together. Damn heathens.
 
There were economic interests like leisure and retail industries that used the fact many people dislike our yearly biannual clock changing to sneak in that legislation. But that was soon widely condemned, that surprised politicians voting to do so because they thought the usual manipulative biased dominant media stories for all year DST had taken care of attitudes. No no and NO.
 
It used to be 6 months for each system from late October to late April. They kept adding weeks to DST until now we're 8 months on DST and 4 on ST. I have a clock that's too difficult to change the time (it's moon phase clock), so I just leave it on DST since that's the system we're on the longest now.

What are you doing with 7 clocks?

I have one on the kitchen stove and one upstairs.

Microwave is unplugged when not in use.

Phone and laptop in the LR update automatically.

Maybe wearing a watch would help you? đź•—
 
Time keeping devices I have to manuiplate - a clock in the bedroom, 2 in the living room, 2 in the kitchen (one is on the stove), one in the dining room (but I don't bother with that one), two in my office, my watch, and car clock. The cable box is automatically adjusted.
 
I got all of mine done except the one in the car. I forgot it. I have seven also, counting the one in the car. When I am gone they are going to have a heck of a time figuring out how the set the grandfather clock. :D

LOL..went out this morning to run errands. Mentally reminded myself several times to change the car clock. Came home....sat down and realized I never changed it.
