Yes, that happens! I just went and redid it and it went through,Doing more to combat fraud is a good thing but I hope their new system works better than the old. I've heard a few complaints about people who changed their addresses and their mail still went to the old address.

To me it looks like you just need a photo ID and a piece of secondary ID. No bar codes. But that's if you go in person.i noticed it did mention a barcode. but if you have no way of confirming that then i don't know what happens.
I get in my email and I take my iphone (which has my email in it) and I click on it and show it to them at the office. I've had to do this very thing when returning Amazon items to Kohl's.I would print it out from my computer w/the link from my email.

I moved to another address and changed my address at the postal office. I had to redo it, and the lady said I had to be sure to make sure every one of the people I get mail from have my same name, or initials. That is not so. Some companies vary that without you telling them and I told her so. I did it over again but did not let every one of my creditors know how I wanted my name on the mail, and it went through just fine.I would print it out from my computer w/the link from my email.

I'm glad that works for you.I get in my email and I take my iphone (which has my email in it) and I click on it and show it to them at the office. I've had to do this very thing when returning Amazon items to Kohl's.
It does work for me, but I do run into big trouble sometimes. I stick my bank card in to pay at Wal Mart and got scammed out of alot of money, had to get a new card and do the "tap to pay". Plus, I got some of my money back and had to pay back the other lot of money!!!!!!! Some people don't take cash.I'm glad that works for you.
With my Trac Fone, I just use it for texting and calling, no internet connection.
I'm still stuck in the 90s , as far as techy stuff. lol
