...10 years after he paid to have his Brother-in-law killed over a child custody case.

The Dentist was so cocky.. he thought his money, his family' ''good name'' in the community..( all Dentists and Lawyers)...would get him found not guilty on these charges.. and fortunately the jury saw through his ridiculous story, and found him guilty.. and he will face life without Parole.. along with the 3 other people he paid to murder his B-I-L...

I've been following this case for a while now... and I'm very happy to see another murderer face their just desserts

Anyone else been following this case ?

Oh!yes.. Court TV is👍

And... "Goes-to-show-ya "..there IS justice!

.
1 Adelson down... potentially 3 more to go... I feel the mother who masterminded it all in the first place is going to be next to face the courts .. if she doesn't top herself first..

Yes, I saw a Dateline about this a few years ago. The whole family is arrogant and this one seemed to enjoy being the big guy "protecting" his sister. there are so many murders over custody I can't believe it. If you love your kids so much why would you kill one of their parents?

I love Court TV too! Those young women are the smartest, prettiest people on TV.

A dentist, eh? Well, I guess they got to the tooth, the whole tooth, and nothing but the tooth… 🦷

Anyone care to see my dentist in action?

I haven’t followed the case, but did see a part of it on a TV crime show. A few other big names went down with him, including the getaway driver. Florida has no parole in these types of cases, so unless he is allowed an appeal or given clemency, which is highly unlikely, he’s in the slammer for life.

I have seen a lot of criminals like this man, who has a lot of money, but lacks brains and common sense. We investigated a drowning in Lancaster County years ago. The home was owned by a mortician and his wife. They were polluted with money.

One night, he talked his wife into going for a late swim. They took a bottle of wine along out to the pool with them. He excused himself to use the bathroom. When he returned to the pool, he found her floating in the pool face down. The coroner found a gash on the side of her head and determined that she must have had a dizzy spell from the wine, which knocked her unconscious and she drowned.

The next day, 2 of us Investigators went back to the scene and we got down on our hands and knees to look for a blood spot on the cement where she may have fallen. We found none, but there was a small building just outside the fence around the pool and when we searched it the one Investigator found a short shovel that had an unidentifiable substance on the end. It was bagged and sent to the state lab for identification. The substance turned out to be blood and it matched with our victim.

After 3 hours of questioning, the husband finally confessed and was charged with 2nd degree murder, only because he hit her after they got into an argument over the amount of money the wife was contributing to associations around the borough. That was his story. The jury had two choices, second degree murder or involuntary manslaughter. They found him guilty of second degree murder and was sentenced 15 to life with the possibility of parole after 15 years. The judge wasn’t happy about the sentencing, but said he followed the guidelines.

No..not quite... There was no getway driver as such because they were the killers.. the 2 members of the Latin Kings Gang and one gang member's Moll were paid by Adelson to kill his sisters' husband...

Adelson was never anywhere near the crime scene... . Adelson had an affair with the Gangsters' moll.. and so was able to arrange through her the murder.. at a cost of a 3rd of a Million Dollars...

Adelson was /is an intelligent man, and a smooth and fast talker.. he thought he'd got away with this because 10 years had passed and he'd continued to pay the woman $3000 a month in payment.. but last year the killers were found and convicted after some very lengthy police intelligence work.. and they and the Woman, testified against Adelson.. The female and the shooter, received life without Parole, and the second Hang member got 19 years for grassing...
Adelson was convicted, and will face a life without parole sentence in December... but it's also been said that the real mastermind behind it all was Adelson's mother.. the matriarch of this very rich family of Dentists and lawyers... and it looks like she'll be facing the justice system next.. and just like Alex Murdaugh.. Adelson thought his wealth, his stance in the community and his family's wealth and power would stop him being a suspect, much less be convicted.... he was wrong... and all their money and influence didn't save this spoilt and evil man's freedom from justice..

Holly—-I was referring to Luis Rivera. He had a rap sheet with many felonies. Initially, Rivera was a drug dealer back in his early days while in SA. He was actually a key witness that fingered his boss and the other accessories in the murder.

Maybe I confused him with another person. I watch so many crime shows, my wife asks me to stay in my den and watch my shows, so she can watch her Hallmark shows. I like trying to figure out the ending before the show is over.

Update: saw on Court TV...Mother Adelson(Donna) was arrested before boarding a plane to flee.

A guy named Jeffrey Lacasse, who dated the murder victim's ex-wife, Charlie's youngest sister, went to detectives 3 or 4 times to give them information that he thought might be helpful to their investigation. Jeffrey was one of the original suspects, but it turns out he basically cracked the case for them, plus, most of info he shared became key evidence that prosecutors used in court.

You might enjoy listening to (and watching) his interviews here:
