This looks like a model. It's quite interesting, but I'm not sure if it's real. Try bringing in a contractor to repair the outside building later on. Also, what about water, electricity and bathrooms? I see no septic tanks, no wells, and where will they find the water to replace in the pool? Just too many questions....
