Now that's newsworthy! Why isn't it called a hurricane? 203 km/hr is 126 MPH. Isn't that hurricane strength? I guess because it doesn't present as a hurricane structure with an eye, for example.

Considered a bomb cyclone so I guess a temporarily hurricane lite or extreme depending how it was predicted/how long it lasted.
