They both feature lavish homes and estates being shown either by the homes' designers, realtors or homeowners. I get the impression that these residences were for sale or going on sale. The luxury properties run in the millions, even for small NYC apartments. The most expensive mansion I saw so far was about $72 million. I really enjoy seeing the lavish homes and estates, especially how fabulously the modern ones are designed and decorated.
@PamfromTx I can't help but think of you every time I see Open House because the intro consists of blue and white decor plus pops of orange for me! Both shows are streaming now on Peacock.
