Anyone Have a Sleep Tracker

Does anyone have a sleep tracker that’s not too expensive? Also, that doesn’t require a paid for subscription after the first year. I was looking at a Fitbit. They seem like they’d be very light to wear at night.

I do have an Apple Watch that tracks sleep. It feels heavy for me. The biggest problem is that it has sleep dialed phone numbers 3 times so I quit wearing it.

A former coworker has a sleep tracker but it isn't accurate. If you need to get a sleep test done then it's best to just go get one @Jules. Are you worried about sleep apnea or just trying to see how much time you're sleeping?

I've been using sleep time on my iphone for 10 years or so. It's free, but not completely accurate. The free version sometimes only pictures 1/2 the night but the totals in bottom are accurate.

That’s a good idea but I use my phone for listening to quiet or sleep inducing podcasts.

I use my Apple Watch, and I have never had it call anyone, in my sleep or otherwise, except when I wanted to call someone. I also have an Inspire 2 Fitbit which is a lot lighter and is supposed to also track sleep. I have never connected it up to do that since I have the Apple Watch connected with my Apple Health and also the sleep monitoring app; but it might work better for you, @Jules, since it is lighter and not connected to work as a phone like the Apple Watch is.

I like my fitbit Inspire a lot. Light, I forget it's there. Sometimes it seems less than accurate but usually it seems ok.

I wonder if it’s because I had the phone as one of my complications. I thought it would be good if I wanted to use the watch to phone from in case of an emergency. A couple of weeks ago I removed it and haven’t tried the sleep app since.

I have the luxe Fitbit and was wearing it to track sleep. Then I started having trouble sleeping and read that for a small number of people the signal it emits can negatively impact your sleep. I quit sleeping with it.
