Everything seems to have a Price ,, so that do you appreciate that is priceless??

When my son was little & I looked at him sleeping, my heart grew so much in my chest it actually hurt; but with an amazing peaceful warmth. I'll never forget the sight of him and how he profoundly changed my notions of love.

Still sometimes when I look at him, I'm breathless.

When he was born I said to my husband "We just gave birth to our Best Friend." And he IS.

Yup

Living in the mountains was without price for me
Building our home up there was sheer joy
Best six years of my life

Wrote a bit about it;

Someone, on a cabin building site, posed the question; ‘What is your definition of a cabin?’

My reply;

For me?

It's more than even Kinkaid could replicate.
It's warmer than the warmest of wood stoves.
It has more charisma than the grandest of orators,
more appeal than the most opulent edifice built.

Yet it's simpler than the simplest of abodes.
...all the while doing its modest magic

Turning a mason jar to a drinking glass,
a tuna can to an ash tray,
a wooden apple box to a cabinet,
a burlap bag to a slip cover,
favorite old clothes to attire of choice,
a stranger to an acquaintance,
an acquaintance to a friend,
a wife to a mistress,

a life....to living.

And for me,

it's now home.

Some free human experiences per that statement's intent, are priceless. Though some are so common that people don't tend to appreciate them.
Hypothetically, if there is a vast network of advanced intelligent entities in the universe, and those that are wealthy could magically go to any coordinates in any galaxy via some machine, this planet we Earth monkeys live on if we were not here, would probably be a top tourist destination. Enough to happily satisfy an intelligent entity for eternity.

In other words, we live in a potential paradise of life, with incredibly interesting features that could be so if we worked together cooperatively for the reasonable enjoyment and benefit of all, in balance with nature and each other. Especially so since we can now apply advanced science and centuries of accumulated knowledge. Remember how in Star Trek's Earth they didn't even use money and there was no need for war given planet wide peace.
