I'm planning a minor adventure.
Of course, there's the usual in a decent day, still being on my own for another few. Fix myself some breakfast, shovel snow off the deck, wash dishes, watch the birds at the feeder, scrub kitchen & bathroom sinks, fix some lunch. Even do some more sifting-out of old papers & files in my office. Check in sometimes here on SF (I enjoy it here with you folks).
But my adventure will be to make a pizza using "Anita's Pizza and Pasta Flour", which was recommended to me by a friend who's a very good pizza maker. Just bought the flour a few days ago. Said to be unrivaled.
