National Peanut Butter Day - January 24th

Ooo I have celebrated! There's a midwest grocery chain called Meijer and they have an own brand, Fredericks. There's a peanut spread with honey roasted peanuts, pecans, walnuts and coconut and a hint of chocolate....sort of like nut relish but not sweet. I'm addicted, sooo good (but 200 cal a serving!) and great on a waffle. Also got a different peanut butter in my shopping today, I was looking for one without palm oil (I suspect it's going to be the next trans fat....) and it has no sugar or salt, so I'm trying flavoring it with a few drops of monk fruit sweetener, a 1/4 tsp of cinnamon, some fine salt and some maple flavoring.

Sorry, peanut butter is on my mind today :)

I'll let Peanut Butter know its her day today.

It was Crunchy Peanut Butter and homemade grape jelly for me.
Smooth sort of gagged me.
