Do you see yourself as an Introvert or an Extrovert?

Neither because I don't believe in that theory.

We are who we are with potential to have many tendencies unlimited.
I totally agree. No one is an introvert 100% of the time, nor an extrovert 100% of the time. We switch back and forth as the situation changes. And yes, some companies used to use the Briggs-Myers, but it has been debunked by every reputable psychiatric association, as being meritless. B/M was not some scientific study, it was cooked up by two women in their parlor.

The right tool for the right job.

I can't sell you a heavy duty monkey wrench under the premise it's a hammer just because in certain circumstances it could act as a hammering tool (if the hammering being done was lightweight as in knocking a cap in place).

Same thing with the MBTI. Who knows what the clown executives thought they were buying when then got a hold of the MBTI. They are the ones using the wrong tool for whatever their goal. The manager's not going to admit he made a mistake, he's gonna blame the tool.

I got everybody a monkey wrench and it wasn't a hammer. DUH!

Taint black and white at either extreme for most of us including this person. I can enjoy both ways of being plus that in the middle. Specifically, as a small person with a loud voice, I am not afraid of speaking confidently among large groups or crowds of strangers while also being perfectly content being alone and occupied by much.
