What Actors (Actresses) Do You Enjoy Watching? Who Are Your Favorites?

Jason Statham is an English actor. He is known for portraying characters in various action-thriller films who are typically tough, gritty, or violent. Statham has been credited for leading the resurgence of action films during the 2000s and 2010s.

The scripts & dialog are great lots of kick ass action that make sense.

I have been planning to watch whatever John Wicks are streaming for free. One of the films may even be on one of my watch lists. Keanu Reeves is likable for sure. I've also been meaning to check out a Jason Statham film. He is good looking, sexy and the trailers I've seen of his films do look action packed. Based on your recommendations, I may just watch those men in action soon.
 
I'm American but have preferred British actors and actresses for ages. Deborah Kerr and Michael Caine. Laurence Olivier and Anthony Hopkins. Richard Burton, Vivien Leigh, Michael York, Maggie Smith and Olivia Hussey are some of my favorites over the decades. But there are so many more. :giggle:

Excellent choices Chic. You reminded me...Maggie Smith is also on my list. I loved Anthony Hopkins in Dark Victory and have liked him ever since.
 
I would add Naomi Watts, Mia Wasikowska, Rashida Jones, Alfre Woodard, Penelope Cruz, Viola Davis, and my all time favorite Angela Bassett to the list.
For the men I would add Kevin Costner, Denzel Washington, Sidney Poitier, Morgan Freeman, Terrence Howard, Colin Firth, Ed Harris, Simon Baker, Javier Bardem, Eric Bana, Andy Garcia, Benicio Del Toro, Jimmy Smits... and as Forrest Gump would say..."That's all I have to say about that!"

Good choices, except not familiar with a couple of the women and for me Kostner would be out. Always liked Ed Harris and Jimmy Smits...:love:

Kyle Chandler is in "Bloodline" on Netflix. I agree that he is very likeable. I liked only season one of this show. Have you seen it?

I like Keanu Reeves too. I liked him in "Point Break." I saw him recently in a movie on Netflix about anorexia. He played the psychiatrist. Have you seen it?

I tried to watch it but couldn't get into it. I've seen him in a few movies, as a regular in Early Edition (1996 - 2000) and as a guest on a few shows.

No. I don't have Netflix right now. I'm waiting for my favorite Netflix shows to come back on.. When the doubled the price, they lost me as a consistent subscriber.

Keanu is another one who is likeable. I'm not aware of the movie you are referring to and it's unlikely that the subject matter would have interested me.
