Local to me, still early, but it sounds like a gang related shooting, very very rare here as this is a very safe area. Local, county and state LEO’s on the scene, including my son. Injuries limited to one at this time (possibly). Law enforcement slowly clearing the scene and searching vehicles. Was there with my daughter and two grandkids yesterday. Always know your surroundings and keep your head on a swivel.

Unfortunately, it seems nowhere is safe anymore. Our mall had a shooting not long ago.
We're seeing younger and younger criminals. The last one was 13 and critically injured while committing his crime.

A short barrel shotgun is good for home defense and unlikely to penetrate a wall and kill a neighbor. Should it fall into the wrong hands it’s probably not a first choice for one of those mass shootings. All in all the best choice is probably a good neighborhood and no gun.

Damn stinking guns! I can't see why we can't have stricter gun laws, and ban those people killing assault weapons. 
Probably youth who simply cannot handle things that don't go their desired way. They get offended if the wind is blowing in the wrong direction. This is also why many turn to drugs so easily-they must be satisfied all the time.. They can't handle negative or the undesired most of us here learned to deal with, ignore or move on from
