Which doctor would you try to see with this symptom?

Started suddenly - discomfort that feels like intermittent sharp shooting pangs and warm water running down the inside of inner thigh (no crude jokes, okay?). Worsened by bending over. Would you
1) call your PCP and maybe get an appointment in 3 weeks
2) go to an emergent care facility (even though it is not life-threatening) where they will try to diagnose and then refer you back to your PCP
3) go to a hospital emergency room
4) do nothing and hope it will go away on it's own
5) something else

Pretty sure what I'd do is not what others would do, so I won't answer with advice... but I did find this:

Why does it feel like warm water is running down my thigh?

True Sciatica is a whole set of symptoms which can include pain, pins and needles or numbness (paraesthesia) or even strange sensations with descriptions like “I have hot water running down my leg” or “my leg doesn't feel part of me”.

I wasn't looking for a diagnosis here, just advice.
Yes I understand that but don’t let our advice hinder you from getting the attention you truly need. It sounds like blood circulation problems. I’d call your doctors office and try to get in as soon as possible or at least ask them what’s the best thing to do. None of us are qualified. It sounds fairly serious.

Your diagram shows upper inner thigh to knee, this is a sensitive area
for me, but mine is due to needing an eventual hip replacement.

I would consider getting an appt with your doctor of course.

Hi Peppermint, what country are you from?.....I'm just trying to find my way around here..

It sounds neurological. I'm not a doctor and never go running to them for anything. There is that to consider. But panic over whatever it is, is exactly the wrong thing to do so please don't panic. Stay calm until you make a decision because it will help you when you do act to have a positive outcome. Good luck Deb.
