I had just left the grocery store today and was loading groceries into my trunk. A somewhat elderly woman was approaching with her cart in the car next to mine. A man came up to her immediately wearing a shirt with the grocery store logo and told her he worked for the store and would be happy to load her groceries for her. She was taken aback at first but was then very grateful for his assistance.

This was just heart-warming for me.

Great story! It's always wonderful to see people helping people. As I get older, I appreciate these thoughtful acts of kindness even more!

Nice story! :) I did a good deed this past Winter.

A woman was walking down the middle of the road in a blinding snowstorm trying to cross the street. I pulled over and yelled for her to get in my car. I think she figured she was going to die in that storm anyways, so why not take a chance on me?

Anyhoo, she was an Nurse as it turned out going to work at The Elderly Manor a few blocks up the road. She thanked me for 'saving her life' and I wished her well as I dropped her off at her location.

I never pick up anyone who appears to be 'sketchy'...but will always pick up women and children in distress. I've had guardian angels help me out of jams in the past, so I never hesitate to pay it forward.

Another good story! It's wonderful to see this! It shows that there are good souls on this earth!

I was just turning into a street nearby when an elderly gentleman came running over to me wanting me to take him to the shopping centre as he had lost his car keys. I hesitated but let him in and drove him to the shopping centre, when he got out, he kept saying "Jesus Loves You", Friends said I shouldn't have done that as he could have been mentally disturbed. Maybe "Jesus did love me" and protected me from any harm. I don't think I could do that again though.
