Been thinking about this, not that I hate anyone one but a couple of ideas came to me.
An Umbrella that has a lightning rod as the shaft.
Aftershave/Perfume that attracts Bees/Wasps sending them into frenzy.

apparently this was a gift that Sharon Osbourne used to send to all of those she considered her enemies..even her next door neighbours. She would box up her children's poop, into Tiffany boxes tied with beautiful ribbon and send them to the people she disliked most...

If you really dislike a person, a one time prank won't do. You need to get 'em for life.
So, you take their name, address, phone number and email address and as your hated enemy, you donate to 20-30 charities. Not only will your enemy get years of unwanted requests from these charities, but from all the other charities that buy doner lists.
Aah, sweet revenge.
