Now that my uncle is in an assisted care facility, I have to clean out his apartment. He must have 50 Bibles - different versions (King James, Revised Standard, New American & others, even some in foreign languages). He already told me which ones he wanted to keep, and the rest he'd leave to my discretion as to how to dispose of them. In addition, hundreds of books on religious subjects, especially eschatology. It seems sacrilegious to trash them, yet probably something I couldn't even give away. I already contacted the local church, but they said they just have a small library and can't accept any books at the moment. Any suggestions on what to do with all this religious literature (no sarcasm, please)?
