Seeing a person on a bike while reading their phone is bad, but I see people driving down the freeway going 70mph while reading their (Blank, Blank...) cell phone. I am sure that people are getting injured and killed in accidents that are caused by people using their phones while driving...
I also recall noticing a woman driving to work one morning while she put on her make up using the rearview mirror! She was weaving all over the road, going 55mph... scary she was!
