Makes me wonder what is next

After church this morning an older woman I knew came up to me and said she backed into my rental car. Some damage, enough to report the incident to enterprise car rentals

I got a picture of the woman's insurance and I know who she is. Because she is much older than me I assume her daughters have cautioned her about driving and she may loose that privilege.

Did you get the extra insurance from them? Otherwise I think it goes through your insurance. I'm really sorry. You didn't need this.
That's been my experience also. You do need to purchase the insurance, or nada. My car was in the body shop for repairs when I had to rent a temp vehicle. So I made very sure no one would hurt the temp.

That should go through the other lady's liability insurance. Did you get a police accident report? That and her insurance card should clear you.

Ed,, Things happens in 3s,, consider that mishap the third one.
Crossing fingers that there will be no more accidents.
Actually, no the incident above was #5. Hit a pothole on city street, flat tire, bought snow tires, did not snow again that winter, still have snow tires on car because of the deer incident. Truck crashes into house, destroying water well, have to have a new well dug, have to get new electrical pole installed put in on property because National Grid will not run electrical line to house on a temporary basis, Near car collision Friday returning home from medical appointment, woman backs into rental car, what else?
