How do you like your steaks?

Medium on a good Cut. Since a lot of Steak are Glued Beef I prefer Rare and just spit out the cuds of unswallowable tough Grissel onto the plate. ... (n) I can't saw thru them with a steak knife, have to tear the piece apart. Crap Junk Glued meat.
Thus, sending it back for another cut, which will also be the same tough unswallowable cuds of awful fake Steak. But they get to see the balls
of Tough crap they are selling. Of course they know, the Waitress hover around hopping no one keels over with a stuck throat.

Of course we quit ordering Steak with her Birthday in May. Thru the Winter we ate out 4 times with the same results at 4 different restaurants.
They serve Texas longhorn steers are my thought.

They don't put a price on the Menu, so far T-bone and Porterhouse have disappeared. NY Strip, Top sirloin and Rib Eye disappeared from my need to eat anymore menu. I need not explain how tough and awful thing have got. I can only say order Frog Legs or Fish. Even Chicken is tough. Shrimp with Pasta Alfredo is my #1 meal. Usually just order it at home. I go get it and fix it. Haha Good!

I'll have a rib eye, medium rare, please.
Rib-eyes were on sale here the other day. I bought two that were 3" thick! Like mini roasts
Really well marbled so can't wait to taste them 🤤

I'll cook 'em low and slow on the BBQ to125F internal temp then reverse sear them briefly at high heat on the grill plate and rest them, wrapped, for 15 mins. Should end up at 135 F - a perfect med-rare

Out of curiosity, approximately how much did these cost. I was in a butcher shop and there was one skinny little steak that was marked down to $12+. It wasn’t even a great cut. It would barely been enough for me and I don’t eat much. Then I would have overcooked it.

I haven't eaten a steak for decades. I used to like them medium well.

That picture and the thought of a medium well steak makes my mouth water. I loved the taste. But generally I'd feel slightly sick after eating them, so I gave them up a long time ago.

They were $9.88/lb on sale this week so the pack of two I bought came to around $28.00. Normally almost double that price which is why I only buy them on sale. I'll get 2 or 3 meals from each of these I think. I don't eat a lot each meal either. I vaccume-packed them and put them in the freezer. Probably cook one up this weekend sometime.
