I highly recommend this Documentary which is available on Netflix. I watched it last evening and was fascinated. It's about Chinese Food which we all have eaten at one time or another. Tomorrow I go out to see if I can find a local Chinese eatery that offers General Tso's Chicken.

My grandson has Netflix and Gen. Tso Chicken is his favorite "Chinese" food.
I'll tell him to watch it.
