Guess who refinanced his Delaware residence...
35 times.

How is that done?

How can that be?🤔

Explanation!?!🙂

"Valerie Bertinelli. Valerie is one of the celebrities who live in Wilmington, Delaware. She is a renowned American actress, cook, and TV personality"

It's Valerie, right?

I'd guess scams and kickbacks covered the blow of the various fees involved in refinancing. And who knows how much money laundering was going on there to cover money trails?

Presuming you're referring to Biden. If so, why is this a big deal?

People refinance all the time for all kinds of personal reasons.

Here's the important question: Has he declared bankruptcy or avoided paying his mortgage? If not, I think it falls squarely into the "none of our business" category.

These type folks don't belong in any "none of our business" categories. They gave away that right, especially for financial. And he's got bigger troubles anyway @StarSong Or should I say we do.

If someone takes out a home equity line of credit does every purchase using that credit count as a refinance?

To answer the OP's question: "How is that (refinancing 35 time) done?"
Answer: Fully legally, and by more people than than you might think.
