How did you learn?

Yes I have....and one thing I know for sure is that I have neither the fingers nor the patience for it.

I made a paper airplane! does that count? I have two little dragons hanging over my desk. The lady made them in minutes. Amazing!

I remember when I was young and broke we used a book from the library to make origami decorations for a Christmas tree using ordinary copy paper.
