Cute photo Naturally.
It shows your playful side.

Agreed Holly, a beautiful family indeed. This thread is a tonic with so many wonderful photos.
Despite this morning's rain I wore a blazer to church.

You look so sharp! I wish more people dressed up these days. When I was working, I was in an industry where people dressed to the Nines. I used to get so excited about buying a couple of new suits, shirts and ties, prior to a major conference. I had a guy at Nordstrom that totally understood my style and helped me put together clothing. I felt like a Million Bucks walking through a convention center or hotel lobby!

Covid, and the incidence of people working from home, largely changed that. I do look forward to when we go on cruises so I can trot out my best attire. This is my headshot from 2017. I miss those days.

Fashions come and go but style, like your's, is timeless, such sartorial elegance. Compliments to you.
Suits, always dark in colour, usually navy blue, or a classic pin stripe, were the "uniform" that I wore in the days when I was the general manager. Such suits gave kudos to the rank. Nowadays, no longer the head honcho, I can indulge in a more flamboyant appearance. Grow old gracefully? Yeah right!

Without a doubt I look a little rough today. Had some surgery yesterday to implant a device and have some visible dressings today. Funny how we note the aging of others and tend to overlook those same things in ourselves.
Hope you feel better soon...(y)

The reason we don't see it in ourselves is because we see ourselves every day... if we didn't look in a mirror for a couple of years we'd get a big shock cuz we'd see how we've aged.

I remember not seeing my father for 10 years and when I did see him I was struck by how old he'd got... this was a man who always looked young for his age.. but by the age of 75 it had all caught up with him and more.. even tho' physically he was well...

Thanks Hollydolly, I knew this was coming and welcome the good it will do me. Gimme a day or two and I'll be rowdy again.
