A customer in Sydney pulled a knife on another customer who grabbed the last pack of Loo Paper.
Panicked customers started running higgledy-piggledy to escape the Pandemonium.
Packs of 18 rolls were being offered on Gumtree for $400.
We're a weird mob.

I buy from costco..48 at a time. now... they last for months...

2 dozen, double length will last me months as well. Considering I am at work 10 - 12 hours a day, 5 days a week.

There was no actual shortage. On the net, there were dire rumors of a shortage, and some ran to the stores and bought out the entire stock of T.P. It was mass hoarding on a national level, and factories could produce enough- resulting in some not being able to get T.P.

I hardly felt it if it hadn't been for my in-home aide I would have laughed at it I had bought a 48 double roll package right before the panic hit here, enough to last me for years I thought she ran through that stuff in a few months.
