The Late Queen would never have been out and about wearing this...

Ur deep rooted belief is your personal B.S. Grow up ! haha U R constantly being scammed !

Grow up? History is history. Heritage is heritage. It doesn't need me to believe in it, it's simply a fact.

I've got to wonder why it gets you so bent out of shape. :D

why would she ?.. she's not young... she's 3 years from 80

But a generation younger than Queen Elizabeth so not likely to wear the same clothes. I don't think most of us wear the same clothes our parents did.

Plenty of people in their 70s wear jeans - just because Queen Elizabeth didn't doesn't mean Camilla shouldn't.

She has a trim figure and jeans suit her - what is the issue again??

I much preferred Queen Elizabeth's style.
Never really cared for Camilla anyway ... or Charles for that matter.
Both were cheaters in their first marriages ... not very royal ... or given history, perhaps perfectly so?

I have high hopes and best wishes for William and Kate when it's their time.
And I have a good feeling about their son George. Would like to see how all that works out but don't think I'll be around.

So I strayed a bit from the thread topic, best that I not comment further on Camilla ;)
Maybe there's nothing wrong with Camilla but just never really cared for her.
I always liked and admired the late Queen and Camilla does not have that in her "genes".

Even when our late Queen was out with her horses, or driving her Landrover at Balmoral, she wore a head scarf and Jacket.

* Sigh * How things have changed.
Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee Statue on the grounds at Windsor. Trousers and a jacket.
Not sure but I think the horse is Burmese. She always said Burmese was her favorite horse.

There are two statues of Queen Elizabeth on horseback in differing attire, in Canada.
One of the horses is Burmese (first photo) and the other Centenial (that's the way the Queen spelled the name).

That's different, I meant when she was in time out enjoying her holiday.
I am not saying anything negative about the current Queen; she has done so much and is a wonderful person, and believe it or not, I admire the woman.

Australia, England sent all it Criminals there.
And you think the Royals really care about you. Haha
I don't give a crap about Royalty Crap. Its not personal,
its boring Ugly B.S. Ugly is the point. Big noses are prominant! ... :coffee: ...
Of course the Boys are right! ... Why should I want to save their asses ~!
You're right. I never understood why the British people are thus enthusiastic about the Royals.

Decades ago I watched an interview with a member of the House of Commons. I'll not repeat what he said about the Royals but it was not very friendly, to say the least. I applauded him in my thoughts.
But it doesn't matter, since I'm not a fan of all royals worldwide.

I don't think Camilla has to wear a tiara, and ermine robes 24/7, but she isn't just plain ol' nana Camilla out for a pint and some fish & chips, either. She is the living symbol of a nation. There's casual clothing, and there's casual clothing fit for a queen. One is good in the fields of Balmoral, but not good in the streets of London.

When Camilla is off duty she should wear whatever she wants and be comfortable. Queen Elizabeth was born into an era where you always dressed up to go out. My mom didn’t go out unless she wore a dress, heels and makeup with her purse matching her shoes. She was born in 1920.

The two photos shown are incompatible, one is clearly an official function of the king, the other an off duty day with her family for the Queen. If jeans are her preference see no problem. The Queen was photographed in wellies on many occasions, seemed to prefer skirts.
No they're not incompatible...they were both on the same trip to Scotland.. as I stated already in case you missed it.. Charles was on duty..Camilla was not!

even our late Queen wore ''sensible clothes'' when she was off duty... even in some official pictures she's in 'sensible clothes..like this..
