Proof, I don’t have osteoporosis

Tripped on my shoelace (which I checked, like I always do, before my walk to verify that my shoes were securely tied. ) Landed hard on my left hand and hip. My right hand also has some abrasions, but not as bad as the left, which is my dominant hand and it’s already stiff, separate from the sting of the abrasions.

Gonna have one hell of a bruise on my hip and butt in a while, but I’m still walking around, nothing broken, just some stiffness setting in now. I’ll just have to keep walking it off.

Strong bones for the win! 💪

Ronni, Ouch! that looks really tender. Just make sure an infection doesn't get in. Lucky you didn't suffer any breaks.
